Sparta the Mean Kitty
The videos above are from YouTube, and feature Sparta. Click on them to watch these clever videos his owner has posted on YouTube. He is an Egyptian Mau, though he looks like a Bengal. (Bengals are a cross between an Asian Leopard cat and a domestic shorthair). In one video, you'll notice how Sparta fetches. (it's because they are VERY smart). I Hope you enjoy these short clips.

Susan Smith
FILE - In this Friday, July 28, 1995 file photo, Susan Smith is escorted from the Union County Courthouse after the jury delivered a verdict of life in prison. Smith was convicted last week of the drowning deaths of her two sons Alex and Michael. Circuit Judge Lee Alford plans to throw out Susan Smith's request for a new trial unless the South Carolina mom convicted of leaving her two young sons in her car to drown in 1994 can come up with better arguments.

Why is this woman even alive? Why wasn't she sentenced to death for the murder of her two children? In my world she should have been hanged on the courthouse steps. I'm a strong believer that laws ought to be enacted to include the death penalty for crimes against children. I mean she wasn't crazy, just selfish. But hey, that's just me.
