WENATCHEE, Wash. - Investigators have set up a new tipline in the murder of 17-year-old Mackenzie Cowell.

Such a sad sad story. Please be safe...there are too many crazies and weirdos roaming the Northwest, and I hope they catch the one responsible for this young ladys death.
